Targeted work for each of the main areas of technique! Posture, Turnout, Crossing, Point, High Toes & Straight Legs. Each dedicated mini-series consists of 5 - 15 minute segments for each of the impacting components; Tension Release, Activation, Flexibility, Strength & Passive Stretch. Easy to integrate before, during & after practice or training to add more specificity!
