Speed Endurance Training Session

Full length workout building your ability to maintain speed throughout your whole dance!

Complete each exercise continuously for time, not pausing in between and working to keep up consistent pace!

Round 1: 15s per exercise
Round 2: 20s per exercise
Round 3: 25s per exercise
Round 4: 20s per exercise
Round 5: 15s per exercise

(Rest 1 – 2 minutes between rounds)

  • Power Squat
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Butt Kick Sprint
  • High Knee Sprint (Taps)
