These exercises are some of my GO-TO for activating and developing strength & speed… One round will really help switch your body into power mode for your dancing; and increasing the number of sets you do will build progression 💪

- ACTIVATION
- 10s hold into 10 reps
- Band Hip Flexion / Knee Lift
- Band Knee Flexion / Butt Kick
- Band Abduction / Leg Out
- Band Adduction / Leg Across
- Band Extension / Leg Back
- SUPERSET
- Power Jump x 6 -8
- Bounce to Spring x 6 - 8
- 2 - 4 sets | 1 - 3 mins rest between each
- SL Tuck x 3 - 6
- Low Birdie / SL Hang Jump x 3 - 6
- 2 - 4 sets | 1 - 3 mins rest between each
