Plyo Power

These exercises are some of my GO-TO for activating and developing strength & speed… One round will really help switch your body into power mode for your dancing; and increasing the number of sets you do will build progression 💪

  • ACTIVATION
  • 10s hold into 10 reps
  • Band Hip Flexion / Knee Lift
  • Band Knee Flexion / Butt Kick
  • Band Abduction / Leg Out
  • Band Adduction / Leg Across
  • Band Extension / Leg Back
  • SUPERSET
  • Power Jump x 6 -8
  • Bounce to Spring x 6 - 8
  • 2 - 4 sets | 1 - 3 mins rest between each
  • SL Tuck x 3 - 6
  • Low Birdie / SL Hang Jump x 3 - 6
  • 2 - 4 sets | 1 - 3 mins rest between each
