  • Spring to Tuck x 2
  • High Knee Sprint x 8
  • 3 - 5 sets | 60s rest between each
  • TABATA
  • Spring to Low Birdie x 20s
  • Low to High Switch x 20s | Rest x 10s
  • Repeat x 4 (Alternating right and left!)
  • EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute)
  • Jump Deck Squat x 5
  • V-Sit x 10
  • 5 Sets | Rest remainder of 60s
