Intro To Kettlebell Training

Kettlebells are a GREAT tool to utilise as dancers. Not only are they an effective training method in general, they’re super handy to have at home, and have several benefits that directly transfer over to our ability to dance athletically.

From developing strength & power, to core stability and postural improvements, along with cardiovascular conditioning… They also have the added bonus of giving our bodies a break from impact whilst still making progress!
