Building postural and functional strength; resistance band ideally needed!
Repeat each circuit 2 – 3 times resting 1 – 2 mins in between each
- Band Deadlift x 8 - 12
- // Band Bent Over Row x 6 - 12
- // Single Leg Lowers x 8 - 12 each side
- Elevated Band Bridge x 8 - 12
- // Band Pull Apart into Pull Down x 10
- // Hollow Hold x 20 - 30 seconds
