[SELF-IMPLEMENTATION & PROGRESSION] This programme has been designed to target a range of training goals relevant to achieving peak performance!

Covering a range of components necessary to improve your execution as a whole; both technically and powerfully; it’s a great place to start if you have more than one training goal. As you work through the phases, if an exercise is a bit too much of a step up, you can substitute it with the equivalent from the previous phase… Always remember proper form is much more beneficial than trying to do something a little more difficult not as well!
