Competition Day Warm Up

Follow along warm up to really fire up the body and get your nervous system switched on for that power and speed! One of the biggest ‘errors’ with a warm up, is simply not being warmed up enough by the end of it… Often you really do need to be warmer than you think for optimal performance! That being said… Feel free to tweak here and there if you feel it fatigues you a little too much 😊
