Instructions:
~ Lying down with legs straight, curl your body up into a seated position.
~ You should be able to do this without needing momentum, or using your legs to help you!
~ Slowly lower back down to starting poisition, trying to really roll down your spine; imagine trying to get your vertebrae to touch down one by one in the right order.
~ Again, notice your ability to do this movement with control; and without your legs bending or lifting off the ground.
