ATP Correction: Tension Release

Releasing tension in muscles is KEY in order to allow them to move freely and activate properly… Target these areas in particular to help rectify Anterior Pelvic Tilt!

    Tension Release

    Start with a light foam roll to warm up the area, then work on deeper release for 1 - 2 minutes. Maintain deep belly breaths using exhalation to release tension, and be sure to fully relax! Don’t go above a pain level of 6 /7 out of 10.
