ATP Correction: Strength Progression

To really encourage change in the body, we need to develop strength. As these muscles get stronger; alignment will be easier to maintain, flexibility improvement will come faster, and the more functional benefits you’ll see!


    In order to get stronger, muscles need to be prompted to adapt! Working through this strength work will serve to keep developing function and flexibility to improve posture, and prevent reoccurrence of that Anterior Pelvic Tilt in the future!
