ATP Correction: Mobility

Mobility is to do with the freedom of movement between our joints; so for improving Anterior Pelvic Tilt, working on this is crucial! Especially if your low back has flagged up as tight, really put some effort into staying consistent with these exercises. Even when your mobility improves, keep up with them to help increase progression all round!


    If you're unable to fully tilt your hips underneath, or if when you squeeze your bum nothing happens... This needs to be your first port of call! Try to work through daily, sets in correlation with how much your mobility needs to improve! Even when you gain movement, this is great to keep working through as a warm up sequence.
