ATP Correction: Flexibility

Progressive flexibility exercises for TFL, Adductor, Piriformis & Hip Flexors / Quads

    Progressive Flexibility

These stretches work on end range activation in muscles, and so are more similar to strength exercises than passive stretching, in that your body needs recovery / adaptation time! Don't take positions to the point of painful, and use your breath to really promote release... Flexibility is a lot to do with how safe your brain feels to allow more length, so think about making it feel safe to increase range, rather than forcing it!
