ATP Correction: Activation

A large part of postural dysfunction is lack of activation in important muscle groups (inhibited by tension and tight opposites of course!) This activation work will help ‘wake up’ and strengthen core, glutes & hamstrings, while encouraging length in hip flexors and low back.

    Activation

    Really focus on FEELING the correct muscles engaging and doing the work, rather than dominant ones taking over! Keep an eye on your alignment (working to full range without compensating through hip tilt) and don't rush through the movements...
