This challenge is a little different to the previous… Rather than a series of live lessons (which can be subject to puppy interruptions!) I have provided you with a progressive conditioning programme, to take your stamina to the next level!
Just a 15 minute (or so) session 3 times a week (can be slipped in post practice or training) and I guarantee you you’ll find it a LOT easier to get through those full rounds with ease.
