I’ll be breaking down all the elements involved in getting your jumps sharp & powerful; with strong straight legs, pointed toes, and perfect posture!

We’ll start by highlighting the areas that may be holding you back right now…

Break down how you’re approaching the movement, and what mental cues you can focus on to optimise it…

And work on the flexibility, strength & speed you need to hold the right position and propel you into the air 🙌

After just a few days, not only will you see a dramatic difference in your leaps (‘jumps’, ‘overs’, depending on where you’re from!) but you’ll have all the tools necessary to keep on improving.
