Remember to make sure you’ve got reminders to help keep your affirmation in the top of your minds awareness; this can be things like reminders on your phone, write it in your journal, even stick post it notes up around the house in various places!
Look at it, say it out loud, hear yourself, and really BELIEVE the truth in what you’re saying 🙏
