Most of these exercises we went through - but for the ones we didn't, have a go with the tutorials and let me know if you have any Qs!
Really try and do this strength work a few times a week but you can break it up into sections if don't have time to do it all in one go... Once you're familair with it / little stronger we can then get started on set etc
